you have great products and nice people in support but your offering is hard to understand. you have zero directions and no manuals. Your videos are ok but they lack the details on how to properly set up your products. I see the comments on instagram, same issues. Bad clamps, hard to adjust but ultimately your customer service makes it ok. Your so close , but your not there
