Need Help

My brother and I have emailed you company serval times asking for some assistance with the BP head. We would like to know if there is a way to tighten the rotation part of the head? We have different eye sight and while at the range when the other person wants to look through the scope and needing to adjust the focus the head rotates to easily. We have it tight to the tripod so it is not the set screw underneath. I emailed my phone number asking for a call and have not gotten a call or email to help with this. Please help.
