Purchase Experience

I bought the Tricer Head as a gift for my son. I made a mistake with the shipping address which I realized immediately and via text message a Tricer representative fixed based on my text. The representative was very helpful and quick to respond. And the Head arrived earlier than promised which was very good. So All Good. For me, it would have been better to actually talk with a person versus texting.
