I haven't put this in the field yet, but I believe this is going to be exactly what my kit was missing. Paired with the AD it cut significant weight from what I was packing. I did have a minor issue but customer service was beyond spectacular. Will be buying more Tricer products.

99% of my tripod use while hunting is for glassing and the DZ is hands down the best glassing panhead I've ever used. I've never felt comfortable using a panhead for shooting as with a standard ball head ... but Tricer figured it all out and combined them both! No issues getting level with my rifle as the ball head on the DZ is very familiar and robust. Love it!

I originally bought a DZ which I used a few times. Will say one day it unexplainably broke. After speaking with Tricer a few times I have to admit they made good on the product and sent me a brand new DZ mount (not just the part that broke). At no charge. Interestingly when I initially spoke with their company about my DZ breaking it made me feel a whole lot better as the first person I spoke with literally said “hold on I have no idea of what to do because they have never seen one fail before”. Company makes a good product and if something happens they made it right.
