The title says it all. A great tripod and head. Nothing negative there.
The clamp (GK) is so bad that it almost makes you feel like you need a new gun with arca to be able to use the tripod as intended. It’s a tiny knob to adjust the clamp. If I’m putting $4000 worth of a gun in that clamp, I want to know the gun is solid. Between the knob not being able to get very tight and the lack of gripping surface area, I feel there are cheap arca clamps on Amazon that will perform better. Tricer really needs to reconsider this clamp as it doesn’t live up to their name and reputation.
Lastly, I own an RP and this HK kit. Nearly $900’l spent and as petty as it sounds, neither item was packed with a sticker. I’ve seen far less quality hunting brands include stickers in their packaging for products that might cost as much as the sticker itself. From a marketing/sales background, you’re missing the boat here.
