I few months ago I purchased a tricer bipod, based on reviews on YouTube by hunters and some competition shooters. It is an impressive product at a reasonable price for everything it does. So when I decided to replace my older aluminum tripod I started looking at tricer again. First consideration was the weight savings, it is over two pounds lighter than my old one, the reverse leg release seems like it would be great for a compression type shooter as well as a hunting. The leg clamps are very intuitive and easy to use and at this point of limited use seem to work perfectly. The ball head it came with in the package is good but it’s my first one and don’t have the experience to compare. What I can say is that I am able to quickly get both a heavy competition rifle and a light weight hunting rifle on target very quickly. It is solid and easy to operate. The package came with Arca head, picatini which is not working great for me but I think that is because I have not adjusted it properly. Also the package comes with a clamp that ensures I can also use my older hunting rifle that doesn’t have picatini or arca rails with no issues. It works great with my Vortex spotting scope and my binoculars. Over all while I haven’t had the opportunity to use in a competition or hunting yet, my preliminary testing and experiment with it, is very positive and I am pleased with my choice.
good bi pod But its over priced. cut about 100.00 for of it and that would be about right for it
Second time purchasing this product. Quality and functional. Highly recommended!!!
