However, if for any reason you find yourself less than fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within a generous 30-day return window. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority.

When initiating a return, we kindly ask that you ensure the products are in as gently used condition as possible. Additionally, we request that you confirm the items have not been extensively used in rugged outdoor environments, as we may be unable to accept returns for products that have experienced prolonged exposure to the elements or backcountry use.

Please note that shipping and handling costs are your responsibility. Once we've received your returned item and inspected it, we will promptly notify you of its status and proceed with the refund process to your original payment method.

Trade Show Returns: Returns from trade show purchases follow the same 30-day return policy as our regular products. To process a trade show return, please provide proof of purchase and email us at info@tricer.com.

Reporting Damages

Tricer builds gear for hunters who can't afford to fail in the field — and we back it like we mean it. If your Tricer product breaks due to a defect or failure in materials or workmanship, we replace it.

This warranty applies to all Tricer-branded products purchased new from Tricer.com or an authorized Tricer retailer.

What's Covered

The Bombproof Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Covered products include all Tricer tripods, shooting and glassing heads, bino adapters, bipods, and tripod accessories purchased new from Tricer or an authorized dealer. When a product is no longer in production or parts are unavailable, Tricer will replace it with the current equivalent model at no charge to the customer.

Who Is Covered

This warranty covers the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable and does not extend to second-hand buyers or products acquired through unauthorized resellers. To establish original ownership, customers are required to register their product at tricer.com/register. Scan the QR code on your product packaging, upload a photo of the product and serial number, and provide your receipt or proof of purchase. A receipt is required to complete registration. If you no longer have your receipt, contact your retailer for a copy.

Replacement

When a warranty claim is approved, Tricer will replace the defective product with the same model or the current equivalent. We do not offer repairs, store credit, or cash refunds under this warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Filing a claim is simple:

Email us at info@tricer.com or submit at tricer.com/warranty — include a description of the issue and your order number or product registration if available.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

You do not need to return the defective product unless Tricer specifically requests it. If we do need it back, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Replacements ship within 3–5 business days of claim approval, subject to availability.

Purchased Through a Retailer?

If you bought your Tricer product through any authorized Tricer dealer — anywhere in the world — you are fully covered under this warranty. Contact Tricer directly at info@tricer.com. You do not need to go back through the retailer.

International Orders

The Bombproof Lifetime Warranty covers all Tricer customers worldwide, whether you purchased directly from Tricer.com, through an authorized international retailer, or a distributor. International customers are not required to return the defective product. Replacement shipping costs to international destinations are the responsibility of the customer.

What's Not Covered

The following are not covered under the Bombproof Lifetime Warranty:

  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and normal wear
  • Modifications or alterations made by third parties
  • Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized resellers

Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty is provided by Tricer and applies solely to products purchased new from Tricer.com or an authorized Tricer retailer. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Tricer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or decline any warranty claim. All warranty determinations are made by Tricer in its sole and final judgment.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, broken plastic on ports and covers, or other damage caused by normal use; damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; damage caused by operating a product outside of Tricer's intended use guidelines; or damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Tricer or an authorized Tricer service provider.

Tricer further reserves the right to deny warranty claims at its discretion in cases where, in Tricer's sole judgment, a product shows evidence of damage inconsistent with normal field use, or where a customer has submitted multiple claims for the same product or the same recurring issue. Abuse of the warranty program, including but not limited to submission of multiple claims on the same product within a short period, may result in claim denial or limitation of future warranty service at Tricer's discretion.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Tricer reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time.
