I was looking at the X-2 on Ron Spoomer and thought that model would work great until I found out it's 1000.00. I guess I won't be one of your customers.
Sounds like there satisfaction guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. I bought a model in December just for them to release an updated model shortly after. My item remained in the packaging and was not used at all. I received the response "Unfortunately, we're unable to offer replacements or exchanges for products that are fully functional". So in truth it's not a satisfaction guarantee at all. What a joke for customer service on items that when you are paying that much should be far better. I will stick to Leupold products moving forward. They actually support there veterans and stand behind their customer service claims.
