This tripod is the real deal. I just put it through its paces on a multi-animal Oryx hunt, and it handled everything we threw at it—high grass, uneven terrain, uphill, downhill, kneeling, sitting, even prone. No matter the situation, it was rock solid when it counted.
As a guide, having gear you can rely on isn’t optional—it’s everything. This setup goes above and beyond your standard tripod. It’s built tough but still lightweight, so you’re not dragging extra weight across the field all day.
It also comes dialed in with shorter legs, an Arca swivel mount, and Picatinny compatibility, making it versatile for just about any rifle setup. If you’re looking for something that can keep up in real hunting conditions, this is it.
No sticker (I’m a truck guy, I buy thousand of dollars of things, and get just as excited about the sticker.)
Very impressed with the function of this tripod for the cost. It works very well and am happy with the product. My only complaint is in the tolerance of the adjustments. It works very well and smooth but some of the ease of adjustment locking in leads to movement in the mechanism. Other tripods are “tighter” but because of that don’t always lock in easily because of the tighter tolerances. With that said I had no issues making first round impacts out to 800 yards with the legs fully extended. So again for the money I don’t think any other tripod on the market can compete in this price point. I will say I wasn’t a fan of the swivel stud to pic rail adapter that came with it, I just couldn’t get it secured to my particular rifle very well only having one point to attach is the biggest issue.
