Awesome, lightweight and the diverse ability of it is amazing. Super easy to deploy and setup. Everything I wanted and more.
The legs for the bipod are held in place with set screws. These set screws are to keep the leg from spinning in the attachment point when the twist locks for the leg extensions are operated. The bipods I received had the set screws installed and appeared to have blue loctite applied. The set screw on the left leg was not appropriately tightened. This nearly cost me the opportunity at a dream Caribou.
Truly a disappointing experience with this company. On Tricers website, it does NOT have my Browning AB3 listed as a rifle that is not compatible with the RP. Well folks, it’s not. But even more disappointing is their customer service. First, there’s no number to call. Finn, their AI bot, was useful to a point, but the need to speak with someone was inevitable. Finally I got an email thread going with a “customer service” gal, who in the end said she’d have someone call me and a link for a product costing 50 bucks + shipping. 2 days and ZERO calls later, I’m in the same place, not able to install the bipod. After calling multiple gun shops, I got a new front swivel, but still the same problem with the fitting…it doesn’t sit solid on the stock. Never heard back from customer service via email, no number to call, and I sent another email asking for a RA so I can ship this $300+ bipod back. Nothing…NADA. If they put an ounce of energy into their customers like they do their advertising, this review would not be written. I’m not knocking the high price…but no follow through, no return process on the website, no phone number to call….NO BUENO!! Hey Tricer…try taking care of your customers. You’ll just be wasting money on your social campaigns if you treat your fan base (now ex-fan base) like a dead animal. The product could be great, but service is remembered long after price is forgotten. No respect.
