just seem like the engineering in this head needs to be better. On a hunt in the back country. The head came loose & with a looose head you cant be accurate. Missed an easy shot, the realized the allen screw came loose. There is a copper locking type washer, so no need for locktite! Customer service used to be decent! But now it seems to have gone downhill quickly. Lost claw feat. There’s a o ring to keep pressure, it doesn’t work. I’m not putting locktite on these, due to the fact they are hand tightened. I’ve engineered lots of things in my old age, tried to talk to someone about issue and was treated like an idiot on text no phone call, just a text. Not acceptable! Great piece of equipment, but to much worrying about things staying together is more important when hiking in for a week. So please listen that your product needs a few improvements. Also the bipod arrived missing set screws. They did send some, but that pretty ridiculous! Good money for a product mean I should not have these simple issues. I’ve been shooting, hinting, & served in 2 US services. I’ve been & done thing most couldn’t imagine, so i know a bit about gear & how it works! Learn to listen to your customers so you can improve your product!
