Overview

 

Tricer is an outdoor brand built for serious hunters and outdoor athletes who demand durable, high-performance gear in the hunting and shooting industries. We’re looking for a Graphics & Email Marketing Specialist to help bring our campaigns to life through compelling visual design and high-converting email and SMS marketing.

This role sits at the intersection of design and performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for creating complete graphic systems for campaigns and executing email and SMS communications that drive engagement, revenue, and brand loyalty.

 


 

Core Responsibilities

 

Graphic Design & Campaign Creative

 

  • Design complete graphic sets for seasonal launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
    • Web banners and homepage assets
    • Email campaign visuals and flow graphics
    • Paid ad creative for Meta, Google, and other platforms
    • SMS/MMS graphics and supporting visuals
  • Build cohesive visual systems so all campaign assets feel unified across channels
  • Design product-focused graphics that highlight features, benefits, and field use
  • Create on-brand templates for recurring promotions and automated campaigns
  • Support website creative needs, including landing page graphics, collection banners, and product page assets
  • Adapt existing designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms and placements
  • Maintain and evolve Tricer’s visual identity across all digital marketing surfaces
  • Strategize and build print creative assets for retail support including but not limited to catalogs, banners, POP displays.

 


 

Email & SMS Marketing Execution

 

  • Design, build, and deploy email campaigns including:
    • Launch emails
    • Promotional campaigns
    • Educational and brand-story content
    • Automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
  • Design images and layouts optimized specifically for email performance and mobile viewing
  • Support SMS and MMS marketing with branded graphics and clear visual hierarchy
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan weekly and seasonal email/SMS calendars
  • Ensure all communications follow best practices for deliverability, compliance, and branding

 


 

Performance & Optimization

 

  • Review performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to inform creative adjustments
  • Assist with A/B testing of subject lines, layouts, visuals, and messaging
  • Iterate designs based on campaign performance and product priorities

 


 

Collaboration & Workflow

 

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director, Media Director, and Content marketing team
  • Receive creative direction and execute quickly while maintaining brand quality
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Keep marketing assets organized and easy to access for the broader team

 


 

Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years experience in graphic design within a marketing or e-commerce environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects or Figma a plus)
  • Experience working in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
  • Comfort designing for performance marketing, not just aesthetics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

 


 

Preferred Experience

 

  • Experience in outdoor, hunting, tactical, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with Meta and Google ad creative requirements
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email optimization
  • Experience designing for SMS/MMS campaigns
  • Ability to write or lightly edit short-form marketing copy
