Solid as a rock. Fast on and off the tripod when transitioning from binoculars to spotting scope. Binos still fit in my chest pack… five stars.

No Customer Service Response

I've heard good things about Tricer products through a buddy and hate to write this response, but I can't stand bad customer service. I purchased the wrong bino Clamp and had to return it for the correct clamp 2 weeks ago and have not received anything from Tricer CS. I've left messages and still no response, not even a email stating they have received my return. Would think twice about purchasing again with poor customer service,
