I just recently bought and received the JC Tripod to upgrade my glassing setup while I run guided hunts throughout the year. When my tripod arrived, there was what seemed liked a wild fluke defect that occurred. One of the leg positioning locks threw its spring and ball bearing. Although the tripod was still fully operational, I reached out to Tricer and they had a return label sent to me instantly and promised a replacement as soon as it showed up. I returned the one received, got the new tripod and was guiding hunters with the setup the next weekend. I've never had a company stand by their product the way Tricer did and ensure that I was ready to roll as soon as possible. I still have more exploring to do with this tripod, but the micro adjustments and stability of this tripod were amazing on my first hunt. Overall, Tricer earned a longtime customer through their customer service alone on this one. Thank you!

The JC is the only tripod you need to look at if you are a serious glasser. The weight to stability ratio is perfect, especially if you use heavy optics of any kind. I love the panning knob for slow glassing and for getting smooth digiscope video. The steel legs are great to leave in if you are just hunting out of a truck or utv, then once you take them out it’s still light enough for a backpack hunt. All around awesome!
