I've heard good things about Tricer products through a buddy and hate to write this response, but I can't stand bad customer service. I purchased the wrong bino Clamp and had to return it for the correct clamp 2 weeks ago and have not received anything from Tricer CS. I've left messages and still no response, not even a email stating they have received my return. Would think twice about purchasing again with poor customer service,
