I think this is a really cool product, nice idea, and maybe something that can replace my tripod in my pack, but it's really big on the gun with the long legs, and really wide, I just can't see me ever leaving this on the gun in a real hunting scenario, but would in a competition scenario. Debating if I need this... Or if my spartan that's ultra lite and doesn't live on the gun is enough especially when I have hiking poles for a taller bipod and a tricer BC tripod in my pack most of the time. But if this could replace my tripod for a lighter option in my pack maybe I'd use it for glassing as well since I have stabilized binos and don't really need my tripod anymore unless I am running my spotter...
Went this route for lightweight and durability. I couldnt be happier with my decision. Everyone that I showed this to loves it as well. Amazing quality. Glad I switched
