Works great and is very secure. My las ball head works well also but even when it was locked down it still had some wiggle in it. This one is rock solid when you lock it down. Only had it for 2 weeks but have used it almost every night since I received it.

As ive worked with this ball head the last few weeks ive found all the hidden features, tons of innovation tucked into a small piece. I’ve continued to grow appreciation for Tricers equipment as my collection grows, have yet to be disappointed by any of their gear!
